Our process begins with a review of medical records to understand patients' injuries, treatments, and overall conditions.

Family Doctor Visit
Patients then meet with our team of family doctors and referral appointments with specialists are completed as needed.

Clinical Records & Forms
Thorough notes and reports are completed along with any other forms or reports required (including but not limited to OCF3, CCP Forms, ODSP and LTD Applications, and Trillium Applications).

How is Circle Bay Medical's approach different from a family doctor or walk-in doctor?Our initial assessments ensure ample time is provided for careful review of the patient’s issues, medical history and pre-existing conditions. Based on that assessment, referrals can be made to the appropriate specialists. We also extend our support after the initial visit via follow-up visits and very thorough clinical notes and records. We prepare reports and fill out forms as needed for the legal teams involved.

What is Circle Bay Medical's process for clients?Once a client has been referred to use Circle Bay Medical’s services, they will receive an onboarding call from a member of our team. This is followed by a virtual meeting with their assigned Family Doctor who will create a detailed report. Follow up appointments and reports are completed as required throughout the duration of the claim process.
